Right for you to cancel your order
You can cancel this agreement at any time upto the seventh working date from the date you received the goods ordered. You do not have to give any reason for cancelling your contract and will not have to pay a penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or verbally over the telephone.
If you have received the purchased products before you cancel they must be sent back to us at your cost and risk. We advise any deliveries being returned to us are done through signed qualified delivery.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the products to be delivered to you, upon receipt do not open the goods, return them at your own cost and risk to our offices as soon as possible.
Once we have been informed by you of your cancellation any sum taken by us from your credit or debit cards will be re credited to your account as soon as possible or at the very latest within 30 days. Credits will be only issued once the goods subject to cancellation have been received by us in the same condition they were sent. If the goods are not returned or delivery is not paid for by you we shall be entitled to recover the costs of recovery from the amount we were due to re-credit your account.
In the unlikely event that the products we send to you are not what you ordered, are in any way damaged, defective or unusable, or if we have delivered an incorrect amount, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or in writing of the problems within 10 days. All communications should be made with our offices at our trading address.
If goods are not received as ordered within 30 days from the order date, we shall not be liable unless we are informed by you by telephone or in writing of the problem within 40 days of the order date. All communication must be with our offices at our trading address.
If we are made aware of a problem we will be obligated to offer you one of the following three options.
(a) Within 14 days to make good non delivery of any items
(b) Within 14 days to replace, any damaged or defective products or
(c) Provide a refund in any manner we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under the previous paragraph.
Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
All completed orders received by 3pm Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays & Christmas week) shall be dispatched in the same day unless otherwise stated and are subject to stock availability. Orders received after 3pm Monday - Friday shall be dispatched the following working day unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability.
All Deliveries on our standard service will be made Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. (Except Bank Holidays & Christmas week). Couriers are experiencing high demand for their services, we therefore recommend that you DO NOT book a fitter until you receive your delivery. Next Working Day delivery service cannot always be guaranteed due to unforseen problems.

If a Delivery attempt is made on the scheduled day and there is no one available to receive and sign for the consignment, the courier should leave a card. This card offers alternate days for you to consider when a re-delivery attempt can be scheduled. It is vitally important that you quickly contact the delivery depot to re-arrange a time that is most suitable for you. If you arrange for a re-delivery and if the re-delivery is made at the scheduled time you desire and no-one is available receive and sign for the consignment you may be required to pay for the cost of the re-delivery attempt. The undelivered consignment will be held at your local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will be sent back to us and you may incur further charges for this delivery back to our warehouse.
To help ensure first time delivery we have the following facilities available to you.
Delivery to an address of your choice
If it is more convenient for you to have your goods delivered to an address other than the cardholder address, then please state clearly at the time of order the delivery address required. E.g your neighbour or your work addresses.
Delivery without a signature
We are able to arrange for your delivery to be left without a signature if it is not possible for you to be at the address on the stated delivery day. To do this, please specify at checkout by completing the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box after accepting our Terms & Conditions or alternatively by sending us an email or fax with the details including your order reference number.
By providing this information it will act as your written consent for us to deliver without a signature and receipt of your order and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your goods once they have been delivered.
Please note: Drivers are not insured to carry goods up flights of stairs. Goods delivered to flats may be left in the lobby area.
Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us within 48 hours.
Please ensure that your goods are inspected prior to signature for loss or damage and that any arrangements for the fitting of your floor coverings are made after the delivery has been made.

Returns and refunds policy
If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery at your cost and risk. We will exchange or refund the sales price of any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, we cannot refund delivery charges. Before returning items please telephone us during opening hours or send us an email stating your reason.
Once we have received back the items in their original condition we shall process your refund. If we arrange the collection from yourself of non-faulty goods to us, then the cost price of the return carriage will be deducted from the refund due to you.
Please make sure that you have checked and received your order in full before arranging any fitters, as we will not be held responsible for any fitting or call out charges.
If your goods are damaged or faulty or even incorrect on delivery, please ring us asap we will exchange the items or issue a full refund to you.
Refunds will be paid within 20 days of receipt of the returned order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
